I'm one of those people guilty of buying your guide to putting a digital product together, and then not looking at it.. why I do this is beyond me. This post has brought some fresh ideas and inspo.. I wonder if there is a forum to workshop some of these ideas with you?

I've been reading your stuff for months.

I'll be candid, direct, and honest.

What you are doing here is not only not true but it's harmful to people.

Here's why?

You sell pain removal. It's not your model. These methods started in the US back in the 70s. They got refined and repurposed over many decades. Today, it's cast a spell over millions.

I've been dancing around this for the past year. Wes, this is total crap. It's called direct response marketing, it doesn't work, and the world does not need any more diet pills, placebos, or false promises that come when you market something against triggered pain points during a crisis.

It's not on me to save the world, warn people, or advocate for a just cause. It is however my desire to change the game, call out this dishonesty, and disrupt this online narrative.

We must take back our economy, create real solid income opportunities for people who are not natural entrepreneurs, and recognize the damage caused by our investor-owned economy.

This is not personal Wes. I'm hoping as we launch our business next year that you will benefit from what we are doing as well. What does not work is more persuasion marketing. No, I'm not selling and will not be selling any courses, group coaching, or passive income product offers.

Chill out Larry! Your comment is not helpful at all because it is a diatribe, a put down, a spewing of your dastardly negative thoughts!

I am a writer with 60 years of experience, on Substack for nearly 3 years, building a solid presence that is 85th in my niche, in 45 states and 43 countries.

I am not an idiot…and I have learned a lot of valuable insights from Wes.

I get something I need to hear from almost every post of his and believe me, it is hard to win my respect, but he has.

Yes there are many folks who are wannabe gurus who post useless drivel here but Wes is the total opposite, both in his posts and his NOTES.

I am grateful for his voice and his real service to those of us who can and do benefit from his work…

You said a bunch of things that I cannot validate or believe to be true. I can relate, for I used to be infected with a fatally cynical point of view that i believed justified my spewing all kinds of negative shit on so many people, but in the end I realized I was just crawling in the mud…and decided to practice being loving, positive and grateful instead. This shift on pov completely upgraded me, my perceptions and my world in a very short time….I wish the same for you and hope you have a better day tomorrow, my friend!

It's critical today that we share our truth rather than support an echo chamber of nice. That's what I'm doing, I'm continue to do it, and create a better pathway forward. This is not negative shit as you may think. It's a bubble popper. I'm the opposite of cynical. Think hard about what's happening in our society today.

Your comment speaks volumes, Larry — and not in the way you might hope. It doesn’t draw me toward your offering; quite the opposite, in fact (though I did subscribe to Chinmayan after his thoughtful response). Kindness and respect go a long way, especially in times like these. That’s one reason I’m staying with Wes: he’s consistently gracious and courteous. The other is simple — he genuinely knows his craft. 14,000 loyal subscribers are a well-earned testament to that. Something to reflect on, perhaps.

I don't have an offering. That's the point. We are creating a new way to do business. Consider why you are triggered. That's your trigger not mine. Sharing truth is hard.
