Thank you for the tips, Wes. I have enjoyed your publication. I am trying to apply the advice you give.
I started a publication with my Mom on art and illustration. We are trying to build a community based on simple drawings. Here is a link to our most recent post on our process of creating art.
There is no question why you are so successful here in my mind. I read every one of your posts that I see because your advice is clear and actionable. I’m finding by putting things into action I’m getting some results. And it’s exciting!
I write here as a way to document my faith journey, hopefully help others, maybe make an income. And to hold myself accountable to keep learning faith-related things.
I’ve been an RN for 30+ years and now find myself basically homebound to take care of my Mom with dementia.
It’s a tough row to hoe, but as a nurse I have skills to keep her home as long as possible. Soon though, I think it’s getting to the point where I won’t be able to and that will be another reason to lean into my faith.
Hi Wes, congrats on reaching 8K. That's truly impressive. My count is like a spec on the horizon, by comparison.

With my Fukc Typos Substack I write about copywriting and branding.
On my other Substack - From Resilience to Reward - you can find more personal posts and extracts from my latest novel, The People We Love, and short stories. No paywall, btw.
I'm excited you replied to my comment-- but for the life of me I can't see it! LOL Feel free to DM me if you'd like. :) I've tried everything I can think of!
Good tips, and I can say that they work! Our new Substack, True Crime: Case Reopened, is a collaboration between independent investigators, researchers, and people who refuse to accept easy answers.
Together, we’re digging into a variety of cases to uncover overlooked details, expose corruption, and shine a light where others have been told not to look. Here's the link:

Interesting re combining niches. I have a newsletter about being a couples therapist and one about moving abroad. Can those really combine?!

Thanks for the advice. Happy to read you can combine niches as i combine project/product management, technology (AI) and leadership.
