Hey Substacker,
A message hit my inbox last week that brought me back to where I started:
"I want to create a digital product but I keep getting stuck.
I've watched hours of YouTube videos about course creation stuff, marketing funnels, launch strategies. Now I'm more confused than when I started."
That was me last year. Paralyzed by all the options, platforms, and strategies.
Remember that first masterclass I mentioned? The one that made $1,591 its first week?
Here's what really happened behind the scenes: I created it in one weekend after procrastinating for months.
I kept thinking I needed:
The perfect course platform
Professional video equipment
Complex marketing funnels
A huge audience first
None of that mattered.
What mattered was solving one specific problem for one specific group of people.
Looking back now, I wasted so much time overthinking everything. While I was planning the "perfect" product, people were struggling with problems I could help them solve today.
After helping hundreds of creators launch their first digital products, I've noticed something interesting:
The creators who succeed aren't the ones with the fancy setups. They're the ones who start simple, solve real problems, and improve as they go.
Think about it - when you're struggling with something, do you care about fancy production value?
Or do you just want someone to show you the solution?
That's why I'm opening my Six-Figure Digital Product Masterclass tomorrow.
It's not about complex strategies or expensive tools. It's about creating something simple that helps people and generates consistent income.
Inside, I'll show you:
How to create your first product in a weekend
The exact tools I use (most are free)
My simple framework for consistent sales
How to build without overthinking
I made $5400 in December last month with this exact system.
No fluff. No complexity. Just the straightforward path to creating products that actually help people.
Watch your inbox tomorrow morning for all the details.
Remember: Someone out there needs your solution right now. Don't let perfectionism hold you back.
Talk tomorrow, Wes
P.S. Still unsure what to create? Reply or comment, and let me know what's holding you back. I read every message and comment.
I don’t know which digital product would be most useful. I worry that a product I might create is too narrow or too large. And so my inclination is to create more products to test and determine what has the most take-up. But that sounds hard too!
Does your class help with this?
Also how to decide what the right format is - live class, ebook, 1-1, etc?
How do I create live quotes for my portfolio in excel
