I just took a look at your notes feed and noticed many of them seem to be repeated. Repeats have different heart and comment counts, so im guessing part of your strategy is reposting your best performers frequently? Just curious if that's an intentional strategy ...
I try to post three notes a day. 1) restacking one of my articles with an intro comment that highlights an interesting point from the article along with who might benefit from it. 2) A tip or lesson I'm learning (experimenting to see what lands) 3) restacking someone else's article + why I liked it OR thanking another creator for their help or encouragement. I also try to engage with 2-3 posts that have relatively few likes or comments. That's my system!
I honestly feel like spending dedicated time commenting on O.P.P (other people's posts) is a slept on CHEAT CODE for pretty much all social media platforms. I'm leaving this comment during a 10 minute time block just like the what Wes described in this post.
A TON of insights here, Wes, thanks for sharing them. I'm going to use this weekend to create a plan for implementing some of these strategic actions next week.
Yes you write note is really the gold mine I have 50 plus subscribers now as a new writer just from note alone

Yes that’s what he explained mine I do restack whether it has high performance or not
I'm just wishing for my first one I'm new.
Me too. This is my second week.
Here you go!
This is the routine I've been following. Good to see it all laid out like that, and reassuring to see I'm on the right track.

So glad it was helpful! I like this community, too. Welcome!
Great system you created!
I try to spend 30 minutes a day in Notes and that seems to generate dubscribers as well.
Writing isn’t enough. You also need to think about how you reach the people that need your content. Well said!
Thanks for this, Wes! I always appreciate your thoughtful advice.
I’m glad I’m seeing this so early in my journey. Thankyou for the advice.
Great post, Wes. worth listening to!
