Ever heard of an Ask Me Anything? (hosting one all week) π
Come join the AMA & let's get to growing
Have you ever heard of an Ask Me Anything?
An AMA is a meeting where one person opens the floor to any questions from an audience. These sessions can cover a wide range of topics and donβt have to stay on subject. Of course, itβs up to the person hosting to make the rules.
Theyβre usually hosted to help people get to know each other and expand their knowledge or view on a topic.
Why am I telling you this?
Well, this week I want to host a Substack Ask Me Anything.
I did one about 6 weeks ago and had a HUGE response. It was so fun.
Ask Me Anything (AMA)
Since thereβs so many new friends inside this community who have joined recently, I thought Iβd host another one.
I really want to get to know you and help you on this journey toward βescaping the cubicleβ and building your own money-making thing online. And I really want you to get to know me, too.
So until Friday, feel free to drop a comment below and ASK ME ANYTHING. Iβm here and will answer to the best of my ability. Letβs build this community.
This can cover anything from:
How to grow your Substack
How to grow on LinkedIn
How to make money via Substack & LinkedIn & Email
Remote work or digital nomad stuff
Also, anything about Chihuahuas or making amazing Vegetarian Chili (because Iβm an expert). Hint: peanut butter is the secret ingredient.
I really cannot wait to hear from you. Go ahead and drop your comment below.

Hi Wes - I'm curious about how your recommendation would change based on the author's objective. I'm not interested in monetization. My goal is number of subscribers (and their loyalty), as I eventually prepare to sell a book. Are there any changes in your Substack/LinkedIn relationship you'd recommend?
Hi Wes!! Curious any patterns for what content does well on Substack and LinkedIn in your experience? Any "good to know" nuggets (anecdotally or algorithmically) that you can share? Thanks!
